Ms. Noriko F. Vergel has been involved with the AP Japanese Language and Culture Course and Exam since its inception, as a member of the Task Force that guided their development. She is also a College Board consultant for AP Japanese Language and Culture. Ms. Vergel is currently teaching at Island Pacific Academy in Kapolei.

1. This workshop is FREE for paid-up (2007-08) members, but in order to prepare sufficient handouts and refreshments, we need to have an idea of how many attendees to expect.  Please RSVP by e-mail as soon as possible (deadline:  October 20, 2007) to the following e-mail address:  kayokof (at) hawaii.edu

2. If you have not yet paid your 2007-08 dues and/or would like to order a bento lunch, please complete the bottom half of the registration form and mail it, along with your check, to the address above and also listed on the form, by October 20, 2007.

HATJ would like to invite everyone to stay for an informal social gathering over lunch, after the panel discussion.  This will be a great opportunity to catch up with your colleagues from other schools as well as get to meet new members.  You may order a bento lunch* with beverage (see below) or bring your own lunch.
*    Bento will be prepared by KCC.
