| A Game for learning names of sports |
| The Ball Game: The teacher draws pictures illustrating sports (baseball, tennis, etc.) and hand them out to the students. The students form a circle, each holding a drawing to let other people see. One student starts the game by saying in Chinese "Wo3de X qiu2 peng4 Y qiu2." ("My [name of a ball game] hits [another ball game].") The student with the picture of the sport being hit must respond quickly by saying the same line to hit someone else. The next student does the same thing.
