Instructor in Chinese
The University seeks quality applicants for a full-time appointment as an instructor of Chinese. Duties include coordination of the Chinese Language Program, teaching one or more levels of Chinese, supervising Graduate Teaching Fellows, and related activities. The position runs from Sept. 16, 2000 to June 15, 2001; renewal is contingent upon performance. Required are an M.A. in Chinese linguistics, language, or related fields, fluency in Mandarin and English, relevant teaching and coordinating experience. The salary is commensurate with qualifications.
