Japanese & Chinese Lectureships
The Department of East Asian Studies at New York University invites applications for Japanese and Chinese language lectureships, beginning September 1, 2002, subject to budgetary and administrative approval. The Program is seeking candidates who have taught Japanese and Chinese at all levels and who are literate and fluent in both Japanese & English or Chinese & English. Advanced degree required. Exceptional scholarly or literary work may stand in lieu of an advanced degree. The course load will be 3 language classes per semester.
