Lao She Symposium

The two-day Lao She Symposium seeks to generate awareness among the local, national, and international academic communities of the esteemed SMU Britt Towery/Lao She Collection, which will be dedicated during the symposium's opening events. The symposium will bring together widely known scholars who share an interest in the life of Chinese writer Lao She and who will provide intellectual discourse on the societal impact of Lao She's writings, not only in China but abroad, as well.
