Part-Time Instructor of Chinese

Swarthmore College is seeking to fill a temporary position as Part-Time Instructor of Chinese for the Spring semester 2001. Qualifications: Master of Arts, or equivalent, in some area of Chinese language and literature or in Chinese language pedagogy; previous experience co-teaching the beginning and intermediate levels of Mandarin Chinese. Teaching Responsibility: responsibility for three drill sections of first-year and one section of second-year Chinese classes, an advanced Chinese conversation class.
