Pre-modern Chinese Literature
The Department of East Asian Languages and Cultures at Columbia University invites applications for a position at the Assistant Professor level in Pre-modern Chinese Literature, to begin July 2002. The search is continuing from 2000-2001, and applications will be considered at once as they come in. Candidates should be recent Ph.Ds with a strong commitment to undergraduate and graduate teaching as well as to research. Candidates should also have the ability to teach courses in classical Chinese.
