Chinese Language and Literature

CHINESE LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE: one-year full time visiting position in Chinese to begin in August 2003. Responsibilities include teaching courses in beginning, intermediate, and advanced Chinese (Mandarin), Chinese literature and culture in translation, and supporting co-curricular activities related to Chinese. Occasional participation the College's Interdepartmental First-Year program is expected. Ph.D. in Chinese language, literature, or related fields, and some prior teaching experience at the college level is required. Native or near-native proficiency in the language.
