East Asian Studies Program at Oberlin College seeks Specialist of Chinese Literature (not linguistics or language pedagogy) for full-time, one-year position. Incumbent will teach both language and literature; the ability to teach all levels of Chinese is required. Qualifications: Ph.D. in hand (or expected) by August, 2002, native or near-native proficiency in standard Chinese (and complete fluency in English); college teaching experience desirable.
